Fantastic Orchestral Beasts 2019
Illawarra On Pointe Productions presented their Concert Orchestra in Fantastic Orchestral Beasts. A magical concert for the whole family it featured music from Harry Potter, Jurassic Park and How To Train Your Dragon as well as other orchestral treasures by Debussy, Khachaturian, Puccini and many more composers. Performances were held at the Berry School of Arts 7pm Saturday 19 January and the Bowral Memorial Hall 1pm Sunday 20 January.
The concert featured IOP's Concert Orchestra and included 17 mentored students playing among the orchestra as well as guest choirs arranged by Janette and Vonny from Out of the Blue Singers and Suzi from Albatross Musical Theatre Company's Les Mis cast.
